PRICING
All items in our Shop are available by pre-order. We offer Shop Pay on all purchases to help make our work more accessible.
MADE TO ORDER
What is the price for Made-To-Order customs?
Made-To-Order pricing varies based on material selection, silhouette, build complexity, and requested turnaround time. Rush orders are subject to additional fees.
Can I pay a deposit and the balance later?
Yes. All Made-To-Order projects require a 60% deposit, issued via invoice. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion, prior to shipping.
How long does a custom order take?
Most Made-To-Order pieces take 4–6 weeks from design approval to completion. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the build.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of materials, including exotic python and gator skins, vegetable-tanned leather, denim, and canvas.
Do you offer painted customs?
Yes. We accept a limited number of painted custom orders. Pricing typically starts at $350, not including the cost of the base shoe.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?
If a plane goes there, UNLTD SUPPLY ships there. Shipping rates are calculated at current carrier pricing. All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my item does not arrive?
All shipments include tracking. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” UNLTD SUPPLY is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
What is your shipping address?
Our shipping address appears at the top of all invoices. Do not send items to us without a paid invoice and prior approval.
What if my shoes arrive damaged?
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. UNLTD SUPPLY is not liable for damage incurred during transit. All sales are final.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom and limited nature of our work, all sales are final.
DESIGNS
Will you reproduce sold-out designs?
No. Once a design is sold out, it will not be reproduced. We keep our work limited and intentional. If you love a past design, reach out to commission a 1-of-1 Made-To-Order version inspired by it.
Will I see a mockup before you build my custom?
Absolutely. All designs are confirmed with you before production begins. If any material availability issues arise, we’ll work through solutions together.
Can your shoes be worn daily?
Yes. Our shoes are designed for everyday wear—just remember they’re wearable art. A little dirt adds character, but be mindful of the conditions you wear them in.
Do you offer restorations?
We currently offer resoles for Birkenstock restorations only. Feel free to reach out and we’ll gladly refer you to trusted specialists for other silhouettes.
